Brandon Dixon

President

Brandon Dixon is a saxophonist who specializes in playing both classical and jazz music, he is also an private instructor. He is dual majoring in Jazz Studies and Computer Science. He is currently in his 5th semester of being a Sinfonian. In the past, he has been Zeta Alpha's historian, treasurer, and secretary. He has helped coordinate fraternity events such as the 2015 Fall Kickoff.

Steve McCormack

Vice President/ Music Director

Steven McCormack joined Phi Mu Alpha SINFONIA in 2010 as a founding father of the Sigma Gamma Chapter. In his time at Kutztown University he held the offices of Alumni Relations Officer, Chapter Historian, and served on committee on finance and the by-laws committee. In spring 2012 he transferred to the Zeta Alpha Chapter at Rowan University where he held the office of Chapter President and chaired the bylaws committee. In spring 2013 he transferred to the Rho Sigma Chapter at West Chester University where he was elected the Province Lesion for the semester. In fall 2013 Mr. McCormack transferred back to Kutztown University where he held the office of Chapter President. Most recently he transferred back to Rowan University in fall of 2014 since then he has served as the Fraternity Education Officer, and this year's treasurer, he served on the bylaws committee in 2014, chaired the bylaws committee in 2015, and is the chair of the finance committee. Steven McCormack is a theater tech and design major and a vocal music minor at Rowan University. He has studied voice under Dr. Trucilla Sabatino at Kutztown University, Prof. Brian Ming Chu at Rowan University, Dr. Stephen Ng and West Chester University, and is currently a student of Prof Lauren Athey-Janka at Rowan University. Steven has also studied Euphonium under Dr. John Metcalf At Kutztown University. Steven McCormack has performed as a member of The Sound Of America Band and Chorus on the European Tour in 2007, and the All South Jersey honor chorus in 2007 and 2008. He has been a member of the Kutztown University Marching Unit, The Kutztown University Concert Choir, The Kutztown University Wind Ensemble, The Kutztown University Concert Band, the Kutztown University Orchestra, the Kutztown university Brass Choir, The Kutztown university Chamber Choir and the Bear Voices of Kutztown University. The West Chester University Men’s Choir, the West Chester University Concert band, the Suspensions of West Chester university, The Rowan University Concert Choir, the Rowan University Opera Company, The Rowan University Concert Band, the Rowan University Wind Ensemble, the Prophecy of Rowan University, and the Owl Tones of Rowan University. Mr. McCormack has performed solo vocal work with the choir at Logan Presbyterian Church in Audubon, NJ and several other area venues in southern NJ. Lastly Mr. McCormack has been a front ensemble tech. for Pitman High School Marching Band in 2012, the Overbrook High School Pit instructor in 2014 and is the current instructor for the front percussion ensemble for Collingswood High School Marching Band. He has also been a substitute teacher in the Pitman, NJ School District since 2012.

Anthony Verme

Secretary

Anthony Verme is currently a Sophomore at Rowan University. Anthony is a Health Promotion Wellness Management major and the Secretary for Phi Mu Alpha’s Zeta Alpha chapter. He plans to go into Physical Therapy to specialize in treating music students. Anthony is a lover of all things especially sports and music, by majoring in HPWM and being a brother of Phi Mu Alpha he is able to show his passion for both of the fields. In Anthony’s future as a Sinfonian he is looking forward to become a doctor.

Zack Milner

Alumni Relations Officer/ Fraternal Education Officer

Zack Milner is a voice major at Rowan University. He has been singing since he was 14 and has been playing trumpet since he was 10. He participates in both the Men's Choir at Rowan, as well as a Coed A Capella group called the "Owltones".

Evan Smith

Historian

Evan Smith is a freelance jazz musician and music teacher based in the South Jersey area. He runs the "Top Cats" Jazz Organ Quartet/Trio and is co-founder of "The Bass-ment" with Patrick Oberstaedt, which is a Baritone Sax and Bass Duo group. Evan also puts together multiple other quartets or trios for all types of venues, custom making specific groups for events. These groups play Jazz Standards, Original Compositions, Funk, Blues, and arrangements of past popular number one hits. Other than his own musical groups Evan is also in a rock band called No Commitment and the Assistant Manager of Rock and Roll Horns Evan is currently studying at Rowan University, dual majoring in Jazz Studies and Music Education. He is a member of National Association for Music Education and the music fraternity, Phi Mu Alpha. He is the current Historian of the Zeta Alpha chapter, this means he is in charge of giving presentations, documenting chapter activities, social media pages, and Zeta Alpha's Gin System website. Evan also volunteers and helps the South Jersey Band Directors Association as needed.

Andrew Rueblinger

Warden

Andrew Rueblinger is studying to earn a Bachelors Degree in Music Education with a Jazz focus. Andrew's main instrument is the Trumpet, he studies both classical and jazz music. Along with playing these genres, Andrew also plays trumpet in a wedding band called Mystery Machine and teaches trumpet privately. He has been working at a local music store where he works retail, repairs wind instruments, and is a school representative. Andrew joined Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia in the Spring of 2015. Andrew enjoys hanging out with brothers and helping brothers out whenever they are in need.
